1. What is the Holiday Promenade of Stars™?
The Holiday Promenade of Stars™ was designed to showcase shows, theaters, attractions, hotels, and businesses during the holiday season. While serving many purposes, we also choose to use this event to benefit local charities. All chosen charities are family based organizations providing medical services, meals and basic necessities.

3. What time does the parade start?
TBA

4. Where is the parade this year?
Kansas City, MO

5. What time should I arrive to view the parade?
We suggest a minimum of 1 hour to allow for parking.

6. Are there grandstands? Is there a charge?
Yes, we are currently working on corporate sponsors to cover the bleachers. Though feel free to bring your own chairs to watch the parade. It is also understood that by sitting in the grandstands, you give us permission to videotape your likeness.

7. How long should we plan on being there for the parade?
Due to the size of the parade (and it being televised), you might want to plan 2 ½ hours at a minimum.

8. How many celebrities, bands, float participate are in the parade?
Last event, we had 51 participate.

9. Can we meet the artists and celebrities?
We cannot make any guarantees, but you are more than welcome to take as many photos as you like, as long as they are for personal use purposes only.

10. How can our business, organization, show, theater, or attraction participate?
1. Volunteer
2. You may place a float in the parade.
3. Program advertisement
4. Purchase of television commercials
5. Sponsorships

11. Is there a fee for a business, organization, show, theater, or attraction to participate?
Yes, there is a $250.00 application fee.

12. Can I request a specific spot in the parade?
We have to place a limit on this request, due to some of the shows, theater, and attractions that have certain show and call times.

13. How do we volunteer?
You need to fill out a volunteer application. Volunteers will receive a t-shirt and be provided a lunch. A mandatory informational meeting will be held prior to the event in order to volunteer.

14. How do we get a volunteer application?
Applications will be available for download shortly.

15. What networks and stations carry the parade? When?
For a current list of stations, networks, and broadcast times please check our schedule page.

16. What Radio Stations will air the parade?
Ozark Internet Radio Network
They will broadcast it live. Then rebroadcast During Prime-time on Thanksgivng and Christmas Day.

17. How much do the souvenir programs cost?
They are made available for FREE. They are given on a first-come basis as we only print 200,000 copies.

18. How can we purchase a DVD of the Parade?
Due to copyright laws, the parade unfortunately cannot be made available for purchase.

19. What about rain or snow?
This is a rain or shine event. Other parades continue the tradition, as we will do. Some participants may choose to cancel.
